Signature Required Option on Shipping
We strongly suggest choosing "signature" as a delivery option*.
** Country Shine is NOT responsible for lost packages. You will have to make claims to USPS/UPS directly. Considering USPS/UPS will deliver packages at any time of the day, 'signature' option insures safe delivery and they will make multiple delivery attempts or hold your package to be picked up, depending on which courier you choose.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, without signature option, they WILL leave the package unattended and Country Shine is not responsible. You will be responsible for filing claims directly to USPS/UPS.
